  • Extensive intentional damage or activities, neglect or abuse of furniture
  • Infestation

  • X cleaning codes
  • Commercial use (Hotel, Daycare)
  • Piling or density concerns

Customer Care

We strive to provide LEGENDARY customer service to all customers. Customers have 30 days to report any accidental stains and/or damages. We will offer one on one customer service to all customers without the hassle of online claims. We will offer courtesy cleaners to a customer as needed or requested.
